How do I delete my Ring4 number and cancel my subscription?

You can delete your Ring4 number in the web console or in the Ring4 app.

If your number is subscribed to an unlimited plan, deleting your number will not automatically cancel the subscription. For Android and console users, please email support@ring4.com for help. For iOS users, you can cancel subscriptions through your devices’ settings.

Android Users

1. Open your Ring4 app and go to My Numbers 
2. Select the number and click delete

iOS Users

For iOS users, subscription is directly managed by Apple. If you need to cancel your subscription, follow the steps here: How to cancel a subscription from Apple.
