Ring4 has no sign up process. Users sign in using their existing email or Facebook accounts and changing the email means changing their login credentials thus changing the email is not practical. But should the the need arise, here's what you can do:
- Create new Ring4 account by signing out the old one and signing in the new one.
- If there's an active Ring4 number and subscription from the old account, submit a ticket with the details of the old and new account and the Ring4 number so we can transfer it for you.
Note: We can only transfer the actual Ring4 number but not the call and text history to the new account.
