Where can I find/play the call recording after recording a call?

The calls recordings can be found in the messages history. It can take up to 1min after a call for a recording to appear.

Ring4 Business console users:

Call recordings are available in the console. They are stored for 6 months unless you delete them. They can be shared with your team, and can be transribed with our artificial intelligence.
