We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our active systems

  • Direct our service providers and contractors to delete your data

  • Notify any third parties with whom we shared your data to delete it

Exceptions

We may retain certain information when permitted or required by law, including:

  • To complete a transaction or provide a service you requested

  • For security, fraud prevention, or debugging purposes

  • To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests

  • To exercise or defend legal claims

Facebook Login Users

If you use Facebook to log in to Ring4, you can also remove Ring4's access to your Facebook data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy

  2. Select Settings, then Apps and Websites

  3. Find "Ring4" and select Remove

  4. Confirm the removal

This will disconnect Ring4 from your Facebook account. To delete data stored by Ring4, please also submit a deletion request using the methods above.

Right to Appeal

If we deny your deletion request, you have the right to appeal the decision by contacting us at support@ring4.com with "Deletion Appeal" in the subject line.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
